1. What information do I need to log in?
You can log in with the e-mail address you received from your employer, with your self-chosen password. Have you not yet registered a password or have you forgotten your password? Click on ‘forgot password’ and follow the instructions.
2. When I try to log in I see an error message: ‘The user name or password you entered is incorrect or your account has been locked’. What can I do now?
This message tells you that your username and/or password doesn’t match the known credentials. Make sure you've entered them correctly. Are you still getting the same error message? Click on ‘forgot password’ and follow the instructions to get a new password.
3. I forgot my username. What can I do now?
If you don’t know your username anymore, please contact your employer. Due to privacy legislation, we can’t access your credentials.
4. I followed the steps for a new password, but I didn’t get an e-mail. What to do?
The e-mail might have ended up in your spam or junk folder. You can recognize the e-mail by the subject ‘Set new password’. Move the message from your spam folder to your inbox, open it and follow the instructions. Did you not get an e-mail at all? Repeat the steps at ‘forgot password’. When you still don’t receive an e-mail, please contact your employer. Due to privacy legislation, we can’t access your credentials.
